Throughout the workshop, we talk about cultivation, individual substrate components, proper pot selection, plant propagation, pests and cultivation problems, we teach your employees to think logically and with perspective about cultivation, pass on basic principles and habits of permaculture approach — how to circulate waste during cultivation, how to succeed and deal with failure in cultivation.
